Rosas At Tower Park

Hello to everyone,

After 35 years of restaurant and bar operation, Cheryl and I are hanging up our aprons. As of January 1st 2018, Rosa’s at Tower Park will be closed.

A heart felt thank you from Cheryl and I goes out to each and every one of you that came through our doors over the last 8 1/2 years.  Now we can be on the other side of the bar with you all, having fun, going for boat rides, and just relaxing with our friends.

Starting on or around May 2018, please look forward to Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Camp-Resort: Tower Park taking full control of the restaurant and bar, exciting things are happening here at Jellystone.

We send our love to you and your families.  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. See ya on the other side.  John and Cheryl

RRosas At Tower Parkosa’s Restaurant is located at Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park at Tower Park Resort on the beautiful California Delta.  We have a fantastic waterfront view, plenty parking and plenty of boat dock space. Come visit us and enjoy our friendly atmosphere along with fine, homemade Italian food!

Your hosts, John Giglio and Cheryl Corrigan, have been in the restaurant business for over 27 years.  This brother and sister team were born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts.  Their family opened the first Rosa’s Italian Restaurant in Visalia, CA, and 20 years later opened another one in Bakersfield.

In 1983, John & Cheryl moved to Porterville, CA, to take over the family restaurant with their parents. With the passing of their parents, Cheryl’s children, Jason and Shannon, stepped in to help.  To date there are a total of 11 family restaurants, so they know how to cook great food.

Over the years, the family enjoyed vacations at Tower Park and have enjoyed the Delta, so opening their restaurant at Tower Park was a good opportunity for them.   You can always find them at the restaurant, overseeing the daily operations.  In their spare time (!), they enjoy spending time on their boat, cruising around the Delta.a 100
